Q: WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?
A: Virgin hair refers to hair that has not been chemically processed. The hair is in its purest and raw form, which equates to premium quality hair.
Q: HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
A: 2-3 hair bundles are needed for lengths 12-18 inches. 3-5 bundles are needed for 20 inches and longer.
Q: CAN I COLOR/DYE THIS HAIR?
A: Feel free to color/dye your hair. It is recommended that you have an experience stylist, color the hair to achieve the color you desire. Bleaching on the hair may strip and change the integrity of the hair quality.
Q: WHAT COLOR DOES THE VIRGIN HAIR COME IN?
A: Our hair comes in dark brown color 1B- 2 color.
Q: WHY ARE THERE GREY HAIRS IN MY HAIR BUNDLES?
A. It is very normal for virgin hair to have a few gray hairs, especially since our virgin hair is not altered.
Q: HOW IS THE LENGTHS MEASURED?
A: The straight textures are measured true to length. The curly/bodywave textures are measured when the hair is pulled straight.
Q: CAN THE HAIR BE STRAIGHTENED OR CURLED?
A: Yes, this is 100% human hair, so treat it as your own. You can straighten and curl the hair as desired.
Q: HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?
A: With proper care and maintenance, your DivinityKHair should last for several installations. We have customers that have used their extension well over a year.
Q: WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
A: All payments are processed and accepted thru PayPal. PayPal is the safest and most secured way to process your payments. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still make a payment.
