Shipping & Return Policy


We will need 3 to 5 business days to  process all orders. After orders have completed processing, they will be shipped. All merchandise is shipped via USPS (United State Postal Service). All merchandise will receive a tracking number via email from and /or DivinityKHair Boutique once order is shipped. Once orders are shipped we will not be responsible for any lost or damage packages.

International Orders

Customer is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes if applicable. Packages may take 14- 21 business days to arrive due to customs clearance. We do not return shipping charges for orders returned. Please contact us for international shipping cost.


All sales are final. No returns accepted. Exchanges only and absolutely no refunds will be given. You must contact us first for authorization. We practice a very strict quality control process that ensures that our clients receive QUALTIY virgin hair. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have three days from the date of delivery to contact us. All merchandise must be returned unworned, unraveled and  unprocessed. This includes but is not limited to: dyes, rinses, bleaching, straightened, brushed, combed, cut, washed and all tags and packaging must be included. No exchanges after 3 days of having hair in your possession.
